Information notice for the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679
Personal data
Pursuant to and for the purposes of General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679, we inform you that your personal data will be processed by Civita Mostre e Musei S.p.A.. with registered office in Piazza Venezia , 11 - 00187 Roma (RM) – VAT No. and Tax Code 11471571007. (hereinafter also the “Company”) in compliance with the current legislation on personal data protection and, in any case, with the principles of confidentiality that guide the Company’s activities.
1. Purposes of processing
The personal data made available by you to the Company may be used:
- for the sending of informational and promotional communications, including of a commercial nature, advertising material and/or offers of goods and services by post, Internet, telephone, E-mail, MMS, SMS from Italy or abroad (including from countries outside the European Community) by the Company or by natural or legal persons collaborating with the Company itself, and for the sending of the Matematici Ricerca e Sviluppo newsletter.
- for the preparation and carrying out of statistical and market studies and research (on an anonymous basis).
- to respond to and satisfy any of your requests and for any technical/organisational communications, both verbally and in writing.
- to fulfil the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the same Company.
2. Processing methods
Your personal data will be processed using suitable paper, electronic and/or telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data itself.
3. Communication of data
Personal data will be processed:
- by the Company acting as Data Controller
- by the Event Organiser (https://mostraappiani.madeticket.it).
- Personal data may also be processed by persons in charge of processing connected to the Company acting as Data Controller and to the Event Organiser, or by professionals and staff who, for organisational and functional needs, need to process them, as well as by any third parties involved, appointed as external Data Processors, as they are necessary participants in the performance of the required activities. Processing will be limited solely to purposes connected with the provision of the services offered. The Processors have been instructed on personal data security and protection, with a specific prohibition, in particular, on disseminating or communicating personal data to further third parties, except within the limits of the performance of the services. The data may be communicated to the Judicial Authority where necessary, including for organisational and security purposes related to the event.
4. Provision of data and consequences of any refusal
The provision of your personal data is optional. However, any refusal by you and/or the provision of inaccurate and/or incomplete information may:
- prevent us from sending you our newsletter.
- prevent us from sending you informational and promotional communications, including of a commercial nature, advertising material and/or offers of goods and services.
- prevent us from carrying out statistical and market studies and research.
- prevent us from responding to your requests and/or sending you technical/organisational communications.
- make it impossible to fulfil the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the Company.
5. Dissemination of data
Your personal data will not be subject to dissemination.
6. Data retention
The personal data made available by you to the Company will be retained for a period not exceeding that necessary to pursue the purposes indicated above.
7. Rights of the data subject
In relation to the aforementioned processing, you may exercise the rights, such as withdrawal of the consent given, access to your personal data, rectification or erasure of the same, provided for by General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679.
